BULK ORDERS

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of payment for handling and shipping of orders.  We reserve the right to suspend shipping in the summer months or alternatively increase the cost since it will require heat control measures.  Orders placed on Thursday, Friday or the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.  This is to help keep the chocolate from being exposed to temperature extremes while in transit.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery will be arraigned with the customer on an individual basis.  Deliveries will be on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.  Please leave your cell phone number on check out for texting.  Please text 406-670-4680 to set up delivery.

LOCAL PICKUP

Currently local pick up is at 733 Lake Elmo Drive in Billings. Pick up is by appointment only since we do not have set store hours.  Please text 406-670-4680 to arrange a time.  

REFUNDS

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please feel free to contact us at blindcatchocolates@gmail.com or by phone at 406-670-4680. Please include your phone number, as well as, order number.

If your product arrives damaged, please include a photo of the damaged product. Items may not be tampered with or eaten. We will review each claim, and either issue a refund or resend the product.
